Meet The Founder
A keen foodie and food technologist by trade, Penny Bloss (Dean)’s career was grounded in the rigor of The Arnott’s Group and Kraft Heinz before getting the taste for more entrepreneurial leadership first at Innocent Drinks UK, and then joining the Carman’s Fine Foods team in 2013. With her passion for consumer-led product innovation and more than 20 years experience leading projects both in-house and through contract manufacturing partnerships, Penny was keen to embrace a new challenge. Ready to share her experience and support new businesses through their product innovation journey….Food From Thought was born.
